Half Smoked Ham

The noble ham is a centerpiece of many a holiday meal - Christmas, Easter, birthdays, football Sunday, you name it and I will justify ham for dinner!

This ham comes from our organic, soy-free, traditionally raised Berkshire hogs. Berkshire pork is darker than Duroc pork (which is what you get at the grocer or regular butcher) with a higher fat content and more marbling. These traits, in combination with smoking, make for an absolutely delicious ham that will knock your socks off.
